These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the services provided through the website (the "Site") operated by Wynngate Korea Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and Users.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the information and consulting-related services (the "Services") provided through the Site operated by the Company, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and Users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

  • "Site" refers to the website operated by the Company (wynngatekorea.com).
  • "Services" refers to all services provided by the Company through the Site, including information on global export licensing and regulatory consulting for cosmetics, chemicals, and food, documentation, and inquiry handling.
  • "User" refers to any person who accesses the Site and uses the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
  • "Content" refers to all materials posted on the Site, including text, images, designs, diagrams, and videos.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Site.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws. Amended Terms shall be announced on the Site at least 7 days prior to the effective date. However, if the changes are unfavorable to Users, announcement shall be made at least 30 days prior.
  3. Users have the right to disagree with amended Terms, in which case they may discontinue use of the Services.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

  1. The Company provides the following services:
    • Provision of information on global export licensing for cosmetics, chemicals, and food
    • Receipt and handling of consulting service inquiries
    • Company introduction, case studies, and document provision
    • Other supplementary services as determined by the Company
  2. The Company may modify part or all of the Services due to operational or technical requirements, and shall post notice of the reason and content of such modifications on the Site.

Article 5 (Precautions for Service Use)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  • Misappropriating others' information or entering false information
  • Using Site content for commercial purposes without the Company's prior consent
  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
  • Transmitting or posting information or programs that may disrupt the stable operation of the Site
  • Posting obscene, violent, or discriminatory messages, images, audio, or other content contrary to public morals
  • Any other acts that violate applicable laws or these Terms

Article 6 (Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights for content posted on the Site belong to the Company or its rights holders.
  2. Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use content posted on the Site for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to use such content, without the Company's prior written consent.
  3. Users may quote content for academic or educational non-commercial purposes within reasonable limits, provided that the source is clearly cited.

Article 7 (Disclaimers)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for failure to provide Services due to natural disasters, war, service interruptions by telecommunications providers, hacking, or other causes beyond the Company's reasonable control.
  2. Information posted on the Site is provided for general reference purposes only and cannot substitute for legal or regulatory advice on specific matters. The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any results or damages arising from Users' use of Site information, except in cases of damages caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  4. The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between Users or between Users and third parties through the Site, and bears no liability for damages resulting therefrom.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. In the event of a dispute between the Company and a User regarding these Terms or use of the Services, both parties shall endeavor in good faith to resolve the matter through consultation.
  2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation under paragraph 1, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act, and the agreed jurisdiction shall be the Seoul Central District Court.
  3. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to the interpretation of these Terms and disputes between the Company and Users.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall take effect on May 5, 2026.
